Seeing ‘Oops’ Pages?

In some instances members have encountered ‘Oops’ pages when navigating certain pages despite being logged in.

This is rare but if it has happened to you, don’t panic!

Here’s what to do in 3 steps:

1. Log out – You can find the ‘logout’ link on the right hand side of the homepage (see screenshot below).

2. Clear your web browser’s ‘cache’ memory – Don’t worry if you don’t know what this means, it’s a simple process.

3. Now try logging in again – This should have fixed the problem!
